How long does a made-to-order piece take?
Standard jewellery and decor ship in 5–7 business days, personalised pieces in 7–14 business days, and varmala preservation takes 3–4 weeks from when we receive your garland. Delivery then takes 4–7 business days.
Are the flowers real?
Yes. Every piece uses genuine flowers that are pressed and dried by hand before being set in resin.
Can I personalise a piece?
Most pieces can carry a name, date, photo or your choice of flowers. Use the personalisation fields on the product page, or tell us your idea through the custom order form or WhatsApp.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free across India on orders above ₹999, and a flat ₹60 below that. We ship with tracking, and the tracking number is shared once your order is dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. Once production has started, cancellations aren't possible because each item is made to order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Photograph it within 24 hours of delivery and message us on WhatsApp. We'll remake or refund it.
How do I care for resin pieces?
Keep them away from long direct sunlight, perfume and water. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and store jewellery separately so it doesn't scratch.
