Titli was very helpful from day one — she shared plenty of sample designs, patiently explained all the size, wood, and casting options with clear pricing, and helped us pick what suited us best. What impressed us most was her attention to detail. Our flowers had dried a bit before reaching her, but she took extra care with the drying and processing instead of rushing it. Throughout the process she kept us updated with photos and videos, confirmed the names, dates, text, and colour theme multiple times before pouring the final layer, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted. She even helped us source some extra craft material through her contacts. Yes, it took a little longer than initially expected, but she was upfront that proper curing takes time and quality shouldn't be compromised — and it clearly shows in the finished frame. She was also kind enough to deliver it to our location herself. Our varmala with our names now looks stunning in the teak wood frame — a memory preserved for a lifetime. Highly recommend Cynosure Titli Resin to anyone in and around Siliguri looking to preserve their wedding garland or other keepsakes. Thank you Titli! ❤️ — Shreya & Pravin
